WOW! This year is just flying by and it
has been a great year so far. I am still
working full time in my business,

March 17, 2008 I became an NGA Certified
Personal Trainer/consultant. This new
certification has allowed me as an educator,
to expand my client's and the public's
knowledge on the correlation between proper
nutrition and hair and hair loss.
Various
charities have kept me busy this year,
especially one very close to my heart,
Autism Speaks. On Sunday, September 28th
Cleveland will have their second annual Walk
for Autism at Progressive Field. Please
