As 2009 begins, there is no doubt we are all facing challenges in some way. My hope for each individual, young and old that visits my website this year finds some kind of inspiration. That however large or small your wishes, desires or dreams are this year that you strive to be the best you can be. Remember to celebrate your happy moments, your "firsts", your prides and successes and even your worries and failures. All, I promise WILL make you stronger than you ever imagined!
As my own challenges, changes and opportunities happen for me this year professionally and personally; I continue to remain dedicated to my "off-season" diet and training with the help of my nutritional coach, Heather and my trainer, Reggie. My sincerest thanks and gratitude to them both, and to the kindness, friendships, understanding and support my sponsors, family, friends and clients.
I look forward to the opportunity of being more active this year in my various charities; Easter Seals Northern Ohio, Woman Safe, Inc. the Green House, Cogswell Hall, and one very close to my heart, the Autism Associations. I am looking forward also this year to the launch of my new fund raising organization, www.athletesforautism.org.
